Requirements
Must:
- Zuora platform: A comprehensive understanding of the Zuora billing and revenue platform, its features, and capabilities.
- Product Catalog and Rate Plans: Knowledge of product catalogs, rate plans, pricing models, and subscription management in Zuora.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs for integrating with Zuora
- Workflow development and design: Proficiency in creating, designing, and implementing custom workflows in Zuora to automate processes and tasks.
- Problem-solving skills for analyzing requirements and troubleshooting issues
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and documenting requirements
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with Zuora's evolving platform and technologies'
Very Nice to have:
- Knowledge of billing systems; one or more items such as billing cycles, invoicing, payment processing, and subscription management
- Zuora Revenue (RevPro): Experience with Zuora's revenue recognition module, RevPro, and its integration with the billing system.
- Understanding of security best practices and protocols for safeguarding sensitive data, as well as experience in setting up user roles and permissions in Zuora.
- Knowledge of database management systems, such as SQL databases
- Programming languages: Knowledge of programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript, which can be useful for customizing Zuora workflows, developing integrations, or working with APIs.
- Experience configuring and managing notifications, alerts, and reminders within Zuora for internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge in creating and customizing invoice templates, as well as familiarity with different billing formats and requirements.
- Knowledge of Zuora's reporting and analytics tools, as well as the ability to extract and analyze data to support decision-making.
