Job Description:

At Inallmedia.com, we are seeking a QuickBooks Online Expert with at least 4+ years of advanced experience with the tool. The ideal candidate will work closely with our upper management to ensure effective and accurate financial management. This is a remote position with a GMT +1 time zone, and fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Advanced QuickBooks Online Management: Configure, customize, and optimize QuickBooks Online to meet the specific needs of the company.
  • Accounting and Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, cash flow reports, and profitability reports.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable Management: Oversee and manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice and payment tracking.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure that all transactions are recorded in accordance with local and international tax regulations.
  • Financial Data Analysis: Provide detailed financial data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support to Upper Management: Provide ongoing advice and support to upper management on financial and accounting matters.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience using QuickBooks Online at an expert level.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, including system configuration, reporting, and analysis.
    • Experience integrating QuickBooks with other financial tools and platforms.
    • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial practices.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in both Spanish and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze complex financial data and present clear and accurate conclusions.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors effectively.
  • Autonomy and Time Management: Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Confidentiality and Ethics: Maintain high standards of confidentiality and ethics in handling sensitive financial information.
