Here at In All Media, a Software Development Company based in Austin, TX, we are looking for the best talent to join our company and at this time we are currently looking for a Sr. Application Support Analyst to join our team.
The candidate must be proficient in:
● 5+ years of working experience in the Software industry.
● Knowledge of SumoLogic and Kibana(ELK)
● Experience with Alert Automation for server logs. Logs comprehension is critical for this position focused on nginx and tomcat.
● Knowledge of databases and SQL (basic retrieve and verify data)
● Knowledge of SSH, SFTP, FTP, PGP Encryption/Decryption
ETL and File Transmissions
● Expected to test, be able to smoke test, and validate functionality.
● Expected to report and communicate on existing issues, impact, next steps, and any relevant issues.
● Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
