Key Responsibilities
Platform Enhancements: Overseeing or assisting with configuration changes, creating new fields/objects, and sometimes handling minor bug fixes or tweaks in declarative tools (Flows, Page Layouts, etc.).
Security & Compliance: Ensuring the platform follows Salesforce best practices around user permissions, profiles, roles, and compliance requirements.
Integration Management: Collaborating with developers or system admins to define integration requirements, troubleshoot API issues, and maintain data flows.
Must-Haves
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
- 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
- Strong skills in Database Queries.
- Experience in creating custom Salesforce applications.
- Proficiency in data management, transformation, and migration.
- Proven ability in user support and training, including documentation.
Nice to Have
- Experience with REST API integrations (JSON-based).
