Overview:
Inallmedia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a Team focused on improving backend systems to ensure 100% application fidelity. This role will require a strong ability to balance priorities between frontend and backend teams, align the pod on deadlines, and ensure effective delivery of solutions that meet business goals. The primary focus of this role will be to ensure that job applications are accurately absorbed, stored, and delivered with complete fidelity, addressing a critical legal responsibility and maintaining trust between job seekers, employers, and the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership:
    • Lead the Team focused on improving backend systems for application fidelity, ensuring all team members are aligned on project goals, timelines, and expectations.
    • Balance priorities between frontend and backend teams, ensuring smooth coordination and communication across all functions.
    • Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure the team stays on schedule and on track to meet deadlines.
    • Manage dependencies between teams and across different systems to ensure that all components of the application fidelity process are completed in a timely manner.
  • Sprint & Ceremony Management:
    • Organize and facilitate Agile sprints and ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning, and reviews) to maintain momentum and keep the team focused.
    • Ensure that tasks are well-defined, prioritized, and properly assigned to maximize productivity and meet project goals.
  • Risk & Issue Management:
    • Proactively identify risks and potential roadblocks, and manage their resolution to avoid delays or disruptions to the project.
    • Maintain transparency around project risks, and ensure that issues are escalated and addressed in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Foster strong collaboration within the POD Team, ensuring smooth communication between all team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
    • Enable clear communication with upstream and downstream teams, ensuring that information flows freely and issues are addressed promptly.
    • Communicate project progress, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Application Fidelity Focus:
    • Ensure that all efforts focus on achieving 100% application fidelity in the backend systems, with an emphasis on preventing submission/handoff issues and ensuring data integrity.
    • Oversee the development and deployment of monitoring systems that ensure application fidelity and provide real-time alerts for any discrepancies or failures in data submission.
    • Ensure the system is designed to automatically check and monitor application fidelity, while enabling notifications to job seekers and employers where applicable.
  • Manage Deliverables & Deadlines:
    • Oversee the management of deliverables, ensuring that all team members are clear on expectations and deadlines for each phase of the project.
    • Ensure that deliverables are completed according to specifications and meet the desired business outcomes, while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

Key Qualifications:

  • Project Management Expertise:
    • Proven experience managing complex projects within an Agile framework, specifically focusing on backend systems and application fidelity.
    • Strong experience organizing sprints, managing dependencies, and coordinating multiple teams (frontend, backend, cross-functional) to achieve project goals.
  • Technical Understanding:
    • Solid understanding of backend development processes and the technical requirements for ensuring application fidelity in systems.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and product stakeholders, to deliver technical solutions.
  • Risk Management:
    • Strong ability to identify, assess, and manage risks, ensuring that issues are mitigated proactively and the project stays on track.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and cross-functional teams around project goals and timelines.
    • Ability to foster collaboration within the team and across departments, ensuring that information is shared and solutions are developed together.
  • Problem-Solving:
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate obstacles and find effective solutions to challenges.
  • Experience in Monitoring & Alerts Systems:
    • Familiarity with systems that monitor application fidelity, including automated alerts and issue tracking, is a plus.
