Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly strategic professional to lead the administrative, operational, and risk management efforts of our rapidly expanding tech company. This key position will be responsible for overseeing administrative processes, optimizing document management, and coordinating legal and compliance operations, all while ensuring the highest standards of efficiency and quality in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative and Operational Management:
- Oversee and optimize administrative processes to ensure operational efficiency for development teams and other key areas.
- Manage operational budgets, control costs, and establish strategic relationships with technology suppliers and business partners.
- Implement and maintain efficient document management systems, ensuring accessibility and security.
- Develop and implement organizational policies that align internal procedures with the company’s strategic goals.
- Drive continuous improvement of administrative processes through optimization initiatives.
Legal and Compliance Management:
- Oversee the drafting, review, and management of contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
- Coordinate with external legal advisors and manage relationships to resolve legal and compliance issues.
- Protect and manage the company’s intellectual property assets, ensuring their proper safeguarding and use.
- Manage confidentiality agreements, software licenses, and other relevant legal documents.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in multiple international jurisdictions, applying best practices across all operations.
- Maintain a system for monitoring contract expiration dates and renewals, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
Insurance and Risk Management:
- Administer the company’s comprehensive insurance program, including professional liability and cybersecurity policies.
- Assess risk exposures and determine coverage needs, implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain business continuity plans to protect the company’s assets and operations in case of contingencies.
Document Management and Reporting:
- Oversee and maintain a centralized system for legal and administrative documentation, ensuring that records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Coordinate updates to the corporate policies' repository, ensuring that documents comply with internal and external regulations.
- Manage internal audits and certifications, coordinating with the relevant teams.
- Supervise and manage administrative and legal KPIs, providing detailed reports on performance and risk management.
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- University degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, with proven administrative, legal, and risk management expertise.
- Experience in managing corporate insurance programs.
Technical Competencies:
- Proficiency with contract management tools and legal platforms.
- Experience in implementing and managing document management systems.
- In-depth knowledge of international regulatory frameworks, especially in the technology and data protection sectors.
- Familiarity with technological environments and the tech industry.
- Advanced skills in financial and legal analysis.
Personal Skills:
- Fluent in English (C1 level required).
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish.
