Introduction: Inallmedia.com is seeking a skilled and motivated Android Developer to join our dynamic team, contributing to the development of cutting-edge products for the job-seeking journey. As part of the Big Easy Project (ACE) and the Our Client System initiative, you will work with innovative AI-driven technology to enhance the user experience. The position involves building and maintaining mobile applications, integrating backend systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the development of premium services aimed at jobseekers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with iOS developers to port existing features and functionalities from iOS to Android, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience across platforms.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Android applications for jobseeker services, including the Apply Profile & Frontend Job Seekers Services team and SEO Traffic (ACME Pages).
- Work on the development of Our Client System, a system aimed at enhancing job-seeker services through premium features like exclusive interviews and other services to improve their job-seeking experience.
- Contribute to AI-related initiatives within the Co-Worker & Pathfinder team, leveraging Generative AI technologies to enhance the job-seeking journey.
- Implement and optimize UI using Jetpack Compose or XML Layouts to build native Android apps.
- Ensure mobile backend integration with RESTful APIs and manage data synchronization and networking for an optimal user experience.
- Write and maintain automated tests, ensuring code quality and robust functionality.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the development pipeline through CI/CD practices.
- Adhere to App Store deployment processes and maintain compliance with Android app store standards.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Kotlin and React Native (JavaScript), including knowledge of syntax, data structures (arrays, dictionaries, sets), control flow, error handling, optionals, closures, and concurrency.
- Strong experience with Jetpack Compose or XML Layouts for building Android UIs.
- Solid understanding of core Android system services (strings, dates, networking, threading).
- Experience with mobile backend integration and working with RESTful APIs.
- Demonstrated experience in writing and maintaining unit tests and automated tests.
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Knowledge of App Store deployment processes and adherence to compliance standards.
- Familiarity with SDK concepts and integrations.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience with Java and transitioning to Kotlin is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-driven features or technologies, particularly in the context of job-seeking platforms.
- Previous experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating across teams.
