We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Administrative Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling and confirming Meet & Greets with Points of Contact (POCs) and suppliers, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for all new suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm Meet & Greets with POCs and suppliers, ensuring availability and proper preparation.
  • Update work assignment records, ensuring that information is always current and accessible to the team.
  • Gather necessary information to facilitate the onboarding process of the appropriate POCs for suppliers, ensuring all pre-requisites are met.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that all necessary documentation and communication is sent to suppliers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with suppliers and POCs, establishing strong working relationships.

Must Have Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in coordination, project management, or similar roles.
  • Language: Advanced English is a mandatory requirement.
  • Experience in scheduling and confirming Meet & Greets with POCs and suppliers.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and/or Jira.
  • Experience in updating work assignment records.
  • Ability to gather relevant information for the onboarding of supplier POCs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Additional knowledge in onboarding processes and supplier management.
