Position Overview:

As a Senior JIRA Administrator at Inallmedia, you will play a key role in supporting our client's strategic IT initiatives. You will be directly involved in maintaining and enhancing the Jira and Confluence platforms, ensuring that these tools meet the evolving needs of the organization. Your expertise will help optimize workflows, configure custom fields, create new projects, and integrate Jira with other systems. Additionally, this position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support tasks, allowing you to grow professionally within this area.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Jira & Confluence Administration: Administer and enhance the platforms to meet the needs of various stakeholders.
  2. Workflow Management: Build and update workflows, aligning them with business requirements and improving efficiency.
  3. Project Setup & User Management: Configure and maintain Jira projects, manage users, and ensure the appropriate access levels for different teams.
  4. Integrations & Application Links: Configure and manage application links and integrations, troubleshooting any related issues.
  5. System Maintenance & Platform Optimization: Maintain the Jira database and operating systems, optimizing the platform for better performance and scalability.
  6. Upgrades & Security: Oversee and manage Jira upgrades, ensuring system stability, security, and the implementation of new features.
  7. Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with internal teams to understand their requirements and offer solutions, sharing best practices in Jira administration.
  8. IT Support Tasks: Learn new IT tasks, and develop expertise in this area.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Jira Administrator with strong knowledge of Jira configuration, workflows, and automation.
  • Proven experience in Jira project setup, custom field configuration, and user/group management.
  • Familiarity with integrating Jira with other applications and systems, and troubleshooting related issues.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
  • Jira Administration Certification.
  • Ability to maintain and optimize the Jira platform, including system maintenance and upgrades.
  • Desire to learn and grow in the IT support area.
