Key Responsibilities:
- Revise and refine candidate resumes to highlight key skills, accomplishments, and experiences.
- Ensure resumes are tailored to specific job descriptions and client requirements.
- Implement industry best practices for resume formatting and content optimization.
- Craft compelling LinkedIn profiles and professional bios for candidates.
- Utilize SEO strategies to improve the visibility and attractiveness of candidate profiles.
- Ensure consistency and professionalism across all digital platforms.
- Provide personalized coaching to candidates on interview techniques and job search strategies.
- Offer constructive feedback on presentation skills and professional demeanor.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
- Present candidates in a manner that aligns with client expectations and industry standards.
- Facilitate effective communication between candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the job market.
- Research to understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for candidate improvement.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance the overall quality of talent presentations.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years in talent acquisition and human resources roles, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and selecting top-tier IT talent.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Extensive experience tailoring resumes to align with specific job descriptions and client requirements. Skilled in collaborating with candidates to adjust resume content to meet market expectations and job-specific demands, enhancing the likelihood of success in the recruitment process.
- Strong background in applying industry best practices for resume formatting and content optimization. Expertise in utilizing current design and formatting standards to create visually appealing, clear, and effective resumes, with a commitment to staying updated on trends and recommendations in the field of recruitment and selection.
- Meticulous attention to detail is required in all aspects of talent analysis, candidate evaluation, and documentation.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet software for data management and reporting purposes.
