Position Title: Talent Advocate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revise and refine candidate resumes to highlight key skills, accomplishments, and experiences.
  • Ensure resumes are tailored to specific job descriptions and client requirements.
  • Implement industry best practices for resume formatting and content optimization.
  • Craft compelling LinkedIn profiles and professional bios for candidates.
  • Utilize SEO strategies to improve the visibility and attractiveness of candidate profiles.
  • Ensure consistency and professionalism across all digital platforms.
  • Provide personalized coaching to candidates on interview techniques and job search strategies.
  • Offer constructive feedback on presentation skills and professional demeanor.
  • Conduct mock interviews and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
  • Present candidates in a manner that aligns with client expectations and industry standards.
  • Facilitate effective communication between candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the job market.
  • Research to understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for candidate improvement.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance the overall quality of talent presentations.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years in talent acquisition and human resources roles, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and selecting top-tier IT talent.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience tailoring resumes to align with specific job descriptions and client requirements. Skilled in collaborating with candidates to adjust resume content to meet market expectations and job-specific demands, enhancing the likelihood of success in the recruitment process.
  • Strong background in applying industry best practices for resume formatting and content optimization. Expertise in utilizing current design and formatting standards to create visually appealing, clear, and effective resumes, with a commitment to staying updated on trends and recommendations in the field of recruitment and selection.
  • Meticulous attention to detail is required in all aspects of talent analysis, candidate evaluation, and documentation.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet software for data management and reporting purposes.
