Job Summary

At Inallmedia, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Operations Specialist to manage and oversee financial activities related to our business contractors. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial processes, conducting variance analysis, and collaborating effectively with various financial stakeholders within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Activity Management: Oversee all financial activities related to business contractors, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processes.
  • Forecast Management: Manage forecasting activities, including analyzing and resolving manual variances.
  • Data Validation & Timesheet Processing: Perform data validation and process contractor timesheets, including approval and supplier accountability.
  • End-of-Month Accruals: Conduct end-of-month accrual processes to ensure proper accounting of expenses and liabilities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with financial stakeholders to validate and approve budgets.
  • Cost Estimation: Provide clients with accurate cost estimates for contractor services.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and propose enhancements to financial processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in financial operations, accounting, or a related field.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve financial variances.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including Google Sheets and Tableau.
  • Problem-Solving: Advanced problem-solving skills with expertise in mathematics and formula solvers.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills for working with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
