About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in software project delivery to join our Inallmedia.com team and support a high-impact initiative for one of our fintech clients. This role is central to the execution of multiple strategic Infrastructure and Security initiatives that are essential to the client’s long-term scalability and digital transformation objectives.
As a member of our delivery team, you will work closely with the client’s Project Manager to lead cross-functional collaboration, track progress across initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of complex technical solutions in alignment with agile and waterfall methodologies. You will also play a critical role in enabling our engineers to take ownership of key responsibilities and support the client’s transition to a highly scalable cloud and security architecture.
About the Project
Our client has launched an enterprise-level program designed to reshape their cloud and security infrastructure to support unlimited scalability and growth. The program involves redesigning key components of the technology environment and establishing long-term operational stability. The Inallmedia.com team will actively support this transformation by augmenting internal Cloud and Security Engineering teams, assuming ownership of key deliverables, and contributing to the strategic direction of the project.
Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of software and infrastructure initiatives in partnership with client stakeholders.

Act as the primary liaison between the Inallmedia team and client Project Manager.

Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, status updates, and cross-functional alignment meetings.

Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.

Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies as needed, adapting practices based on the nature of each initiative.

Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and proactive communication within the project team.

Ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner and escalate blockers when necessary.

Track and report key performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
Must-Have Qualifications

6+ years of experience working as a Software Project Manager, leading large and complex cross-functional initiatives within a technology-driven organization.

Solid academic foundation in Engineering or related technical disciplines.

Demonstrated expertise with Agile/Lean methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

Familiarity with Waterfall project management frameworks and hybrid delivery models.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build trust, motivate multidisciplinary teams, and resolve conflicts constructively.

Strong organizational and time management skills with a proactive mindset.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Exposure to DevOps or Security Engineering environments.

Prior experience working with financial technologies, especially in credit card payments or related domains.
