Salesforce Release Analyst

The Position
As a release analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the release of the customer’s Salesforce project Skytree. You will use Copado for deployment, starting with setup, creating user stories, promoting and deploying, and collaborating closely with team members for pre- and post-steps. You will be well-versed in release management principles and make process improvements within Copado to streamline our release cycle.
Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and non-scheduled releases to production

Maintain all sandboxes are up-to-date with production

Enhance the current implementation of Copado by looking at the current configuration and making
enhancements and process improvements

Seed sandboxes with data using Own-backup

Ensure that Copado is upgraded to the latest version

Facilitate resolving merge conflicts

Develop DevOps reporting for leadership on a monthly cadence (DORA Reports)
Requirements
-
➢ Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience clouds

➢ 3+ years of experience in release management for Salesforce

➢ 2+ years of experience in using Copado
-
➢ 2+ years of experience working with GITCOpado
-
➢ Copado Admin/Developer Certification is a plus
