We are currently seeking a talented Product Scientist to join our team and work with one of our most prestigious clients, a global leader in the job board industry.

Position Overview

As a Product Scientist within the Finsys Team, you will be integral to enhancing the onboarding and payment experiences for employers using one of the largest job boards worldwide. You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the signup flow for employers, identifying friction points, and generating actionable insights to boost user conversion on billing and payment pages. Your work will directly impact the initial journey and overall engagement across our client’s platform, focusing on billing and payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize the onboarding/signup flow for employers, identifying and addressing friction points to improve conversion rates.
  • Generate actionable insights that enhance user engagement on billing and payment pages, leading to increased conversion and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineers and Product Managers from both InAllMedia and our client’s team to provide product-centric insights that inform the development of new features and improvements.
  • Develop and implement statistical models and analytical methods to support product enhancements.
  • Monitor key business trends and funnel performance, identifying drivers of user behavior and conversion.
  • Define and measure the success of product initiatives, using data-driven approaches to guide decision-making.
  • Continuously explore opportunities for business and product improvement, leveraging data and user feedback.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, including extracting insights, performing statistical analysis, and solving business problems through coding.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
  • Strong product sense with the ability to analyze conversion funnels, key business trends, and understand the impact of various drivers on funnel conversion and feature usage.
  • Experience in identifying opportunities for product improvement and defining/measuring the success of these initiatives.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with Engineers and Product Managers, providing valuable insights that drive product development.

Nice to have Requirements:

  • Experience in time series forecasting, statistical and causal inference, and classification methods.
